Summer 2008 Schedule

 

Competitive Stroke Clinic:  May 27, 28, 29 30, 31

Tues, May 27	5:30-6:00pm	Freestyle
Wed, May 28	5:30-6:00pm	Backstroke
Thurs, May 29	5:30-6:00pm	Breast Stroke (Freestyle for 6 & under)
Friday, May 30	5:30-6:00pm	Butterfly (Backstroke for 8 & under)
Saturday, May 31	9:00-10:00am	Starts, Turns and Finishes
Cost for clinic is $25 for all 5 days or $7 per day

 

Practice Schedule

 

Swim team practices Monday through Fridays (no practice on the day of a meet).

Swimmers are expected to attend as many practices as possible or at least 3 times a week.

Swimmers in age groups 9- 10, 11-12, 13-14, and 15 and overs will practice for 1 hour.

Swimmers in 6 and unders and 7-8’s groups will practice for 30 minutes.

Which age groups practice first/second will be determined after sign ups when we know how many swimmers are in each group.

 

First Practices: June 2 – June 6
will be held between 4:30-6:00pm

 

Beginning June 9th
practices will be in the mornings between 10:00-12:00a

8:30 am Warm Up - 9:00am Meet

 

Friday, July 18th

Championship Meet at Orchard Hills
