Mick DeKorver & Steve Tedhams
Mick DeKorver, Head Golf Professional
Mick is starting his first year at Watermark Country Club, previously serving 23 years as the Golf Professional at Sunnybrook Country Club. Mick apprenticed under Lynn Janson at Green Ridge Country Club from 1986-1989. He has been a PGA member for 24 years, elected to membership in 1988. Mick has been very involved at the Chapter and Section level of the Michigan PGA, serving as both an officer and tournament chairman for the chapter, and has served on the Board of Directors for the State PGA. Luke Emrich, Assistant Golf Professional
Luke Emrich is also starting his first year here at Watermark Country Club. Upon graduation from the Professional Golf Management program at Ferris State University in 2009, Luke accepted a job as an Assistant Golf Professional at Desert Willow Golf Resort in Palm Desert, CA. He was elected to PGA membership shortly after in 2010. After two years as an Assitant at Desert Willow he was promoted to the position of Tournament Coordinator at the club. Luke stayed active in the Southern California PGA Section while also teaching for one of Southern California's most recognized Junior Golf Programs. Prior to his move to Southern California, Luke worked here at Watermark from 2002 to 2009. Luke will bring much enthusiasm and knowledge to the membership and will be managing our Junior Golf Program while also teaching many of our members throughout the season.
