Lake Room - accommodates 150-300
This room, when fully opened, can seat about 150 - 270 people for a wedding/banquet function and up to about 300 in a seminar type setting. The Lake Room has large windows that open out to golf course views. This is a fabulous room for special functions. The south end of the room has doorways that open onto a large deck, which is perfect for cocktails and appetizers day or night. Large seminar groups find this to be a great space to relax during breaks during their day. A tent can also be placed over the top of this deck area, upon request. The Watermark Room also contains its own fully stocked bar built right in the room. This feature makes drink service extremely convenient whether your guests are getting their own drinks or receiving wait service at the tables.
